Store setup
Self-service onboarding from account creation to first try-on. This page walks through the integration process, timeline, and what Closku needs from you to get started.
Implementation process
Closku follows a self-service onboarding process designed to get you live quickly. It begins with creating your business profile, then adding your first product to the catalog. Next, you choose your integration preference (widget embed, API, or both). You can then invite team members if needed. Once complete, you are ready to go live with the virtual try-on widget.
Timeline expectations
| Plan | Onboarding timeline |
|---|---|
| Standard (Starter, Growth, Scale) | Self-service, at your own pace |
| Enterprise | Self-service, at your own pace |
Timelines depend on timely responses during onboarding. Delays in providing access or product data may extend the setup window.
Merchant responsibilities
For a smooth onboarding and optimal use of Closku, your side has a few responsibilities. You will need to provide high-quality product images at a minimum resolution of 1000 by 1000 pixels, along with accurate product details such as size charts, fabric descriptions, and color variants. Adding the Closku widget script tag to your storefront is all that is needed for widget integration, and a quick response during the onboarding phase helps keep things on schedule. All usage of the platform must remain compliant with Closku's usage policies.
Supported platforms
Closku integrates with major e-commerce platforms through low-code, plug-and-play deployment, compatible with any e-commerce platform that allows custom script injection, via widget embed, REST API, and webhooks.
