Footwear and accessories support is planned for future releases. If you sell a product that falls outside the supported categories, it will not be processed by the virtual try-on system.

For accurate virtual try-on rendering, product images must meet a few key specifications. The minimum resolution is 1000 by 1000 pixels, and images should be in JPEG or PNG format with accurate color representation. Clean, well-lit product photography with plain backgrounds yields the best results, and the full garment should be visible without cropping or obstruction. Images below the minimum resolution will degrade rendering accuracy, since Closku does not upscale low-resolution images.

Each product listing should include complete metadata for the try-on system to work correctly. This includes accurate size charts with measurements for each available size, fabric descriptions covering material composition and weight (which influences drape simulation), all available color variants with matching product images, and the correct garment type categorization of top, bottom, or dress. Incomplete or inaccurate product data is the most common source of rendering issues, so reviewing your catalog before onboarding is time well spent.

Catalog work goes beyond adding products. It also includes correcting listing details, retiring outdated information, and preserving consistency across the store.

Treat recurring catalog updates as operating routines rather than ad hoc fixes. When uncertainty exists, pause and clarify the source data instead of letting the catalog slowly drift away from reality.
