Yes, on Starter, Growth, and Scale. The plan table lists exact annual totals, billed as one yearly payment. Switch to Annually to see rounded monthly equivalents. Enterprise billing is agreed separately.
Refunds are not typically available for subscriptions or extra usage credits. If something went wrong with billing on our side, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount, contact support and we will review your case.
