Terms of Service

By creating a Closku account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Closku provides virtual try-on for online stores: merchant accounts and dashboards, catalog tools (including CSV import), an embeddable try-on widget, usage tracking, and billing for paid plans. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and account status. Live sync with a store platform is not part of the current service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your merchant profile current.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with platform operations, or use Closku in violation of applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping product content, shopper-facing experiences, and data practices on your store compliant with your own legal obligations.

Paid plans, usage limits, and add-on credits are billed through Polar according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your merchant workspace. Fees are non-refundable in most cases, except where required by law or expressly stated in your plan terms.

Closku retains all rights in the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your catalog, content, and shopper data, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the service.

You may stop using Closku at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or risks to platform security. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to any data export or retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Closku is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
