Current plans
Amounts below are in USD and come from the published plan catalog. Annual totals are charged yearly; included try-ons are monthly. Enterprise pricing and volume depend on the agreed contract.
| Plan | Monthly subscription | Annual subscription | Included monthly try-ons |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 / month | $469 / year | 145 |
| Growth | $99 / month | $949 / year | 340 |
| Scale | $199 / month | $1,899 / year | 750 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom agreement |
Annual totals are lower than paying the corresponding monthly subscription twelve times. Compare the exact total rather than assuming an identical percentage for every tier. Read pricing and the amount shown at checkout before purchasing.
Checkout and customer portal
Closku uses Polar for subscription checkout and the customer portal. Sign in as the merchant account owner to select a plan or open billing management. Payment methods, final taxes, renewal amounts, and subscription changes are shown in checkout or the portal.
If checkout succeeds but the dashboard has not reflected it, keep the confirmation and contact support before repeating payment. Availability depends on a configured billing account and successful subscription synchronization.
Usage and extra credits
Review the dashboard's monthly activity alongside the plan's included allowance. Eligible subscribed merchants can purchase extra usage credits through the dashboard when offered. Follow the account's displayed terms; credits are not a public widget API field or a documented automatic hard-cap behavior.
A credit purchase is applied after Closku receives a verified paid-order event from Polar for the matching customer and merchant. Opening checkout or creating an unpaid order does not credit the balance. Verified refunds reverse credits associated with that order. Keep the payment confirmation and contact support if the balance does not reflect a completed purchase.
Subscription state determines try-on access. A past-due account can have an applicable grace period, shown by the account state; unavailable entitlement pauses new requests. The current storefront endpoint reports HTTP 402 for unavailable access.
Plan changes and commercial terms
Use the portal or contact Closku for the plan-change options available to your account. Effective dates, cancellation, renewal, and any Enterprise service commitments follow the actual checkout or agreement. This guide does not guarantee an immediate upgrade, reset usage, or a specific downgrade penalty. Read the terms and retain your billing confirmation.
